Officers received information from a confidential source that Antwain Jamar Tutson was employed at Buffalo Wild Wings and was distributing narcotics from his workplace. Officers had information Tutson lived at 1400 N Polk. A search of his records indicated this was his address. The confidential source provided information that Tutson drove a black Chrysler 300 with unique spoke style rims.

On April 27, 2023, at approximately 1700hrs, Sgt. Lichtie drove by 1400 N Polk and the Chrysler 300 was not at the house. An agent with the Amarillo Police Department Narcotic Unit checked the Buffalo Wild Wings business located at 9511 E I 40 and did not locate the vehicle. At approximately 1750hrs, Sgt Lichtie observed a black Chrysler 300 pull into the parking lot of the Buffalo Wild Wings located at 5416 S Coulter. The driver of the Chrysler backed into a parking spot on the west side of the business. The vehicle appeared to have unique spoke style rims. The view of the driver exiting the car was blocked. Sgt. Lichtie obtained the license plate to the Chrysler 300. The license plate to the Chrysler is RLD5349. The Chrysler was registered to Antwain Jamar Tutson, the registered address was 1400 N Polk.

The Chrysler 300 was surveilled periodically throughout the night. At approximately 2320hrs, an APD narcotics agent observed a second Chrysler 300 enter the parking lot. The second Chrysler 300 parked next to Tutson's Chrysler. The APD narcotics agent observed a male, later identified as Tutson, walk from the rear entrance of Buffalo Wild Wings to the Chrysler 300 that was registered to Tutson.

Tutson sat in the driver's seat. A female driver from the second Chrysler 300 entered the passenger seat of Tutson's car. The female was in the car for less than five minutes. The female got back into her car and Tutson returned to Buffalo Wild Wings.

The second Chrysler 300 left the parking lot and was followed away by other surveillance units. An APD narcotics agent maintained surveillance on Tutson's vehicle. A law enforcement officer observed the female commit a traffic violation. APD officers conducted a traffic stop on the female's vehicle for the traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle was Jasmine Ochoa and the front right passenger was Midajah Sena.

Sena admitted there was a firearm under her seat. Sena also admitted she had marijuana in her bra. Sgt. Lichtie verbally advised Sena of her constitutional rights. Sena admitted the gun belonged to her, she admitted they bought the marijuana from a subject at Buffalo Wild Wings. Sena claimed she did not know the subject's name. Officer Richardson questioned Ochoa. Ochoa admitted they bought the marijuana from a guy named "Twan" she knew him as Katy. She explained she previously worked with him at Buffalo Wild Wings. She said she bought marijuana from him twice.

On April 28, 2023, at approximately 0020hrs, an APD narcotics agent observed Tutson walk to his car and sit in the driver's seat. APD Officers approached the Chrysler 300 and made contact with Tutson. An APD officer informed Tutson he was being detained for a narcotic investigation. APD officers patting Tutson down and Tutson verbally told the officers he had a firearm on his person. An APD officer removed a firearm from Tutson's waistband. The firearm was identified as Taurus G2C 9mm with serial number ACJ216850. The officers removed a case from Tutson's left pants pocket. The case contained what appeared to be marijuana and a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine.

Tutson was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Tutson was transported to Randall County Jail. Sgt. Lichtie verbally advised Tutson of his constitutional rights and Tutson agreed to be interviewed. Tutson admitted he possessed the firearm and he was holding the gun for a friend. Tutson explained he knew he was not supposed to have the gun. Tutson said he went to prison in 2013 and got out in 2020. Tutson said before he went to prison, he made all his money distributing narcotics.
