Officers were dispatched in reference to caller reporting Larry pointing a rifle at them. Officers arrived and observed Larry standing close to the road pointing what they believed to be a rifle at a residence. Officers turned their vehicle around to make contact with Larry.

Officers exited their vehicle and instructed Larry to drop the rifle. Larry had his back to officers, and he turned around raising and pointing what they believed to be a rifle at them. Officers shot Larry several times.

Larry was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased
