AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A man was arrested in connection with Saturday's homicide.

Phou Phiouphanh, 47, was charged with murder and booked into the Potter County Jail.

Around 5 a.m. Saturday, police were called to the 5900 block of NE 9th Ave after a body was found in the middle of the street.

The victim was identified as 39-year-old Isaac Shay Morris.
