Summary:

Officers attempted to make contact with the decedent following a report in regard to him breaking into his
ex-girlfriend's house, as reported by the caller, and damaging her property. Officers attempted to make
contact with the decedent who attempted to flee in his GMC Yukon SUV. The decedent crashed the vehicle,
which was also pulling a trailer, into two (2) marked police vehicles with one (1) of those vehicles being
occupied by a policeman. One (1) officer fired into the SUV with the officer's duty handgun resulting in injuries that were non-survivable.
