Police looking for witnesses to early morning shooting leaving man dead, 2 teen girls hurt

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Amarillo police are asking for witnesses to come forward to help identify the suspect of a deadly shooting early Sunday morning

The shooting happened at Amarillo Boulevard West and North McMasters on March 26 at 4:35 a.m.

Police were informed of three gunshot victims that had arrived at a local hospital.

Javaurian Penns, 21, was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Two female victims, ages 17 and 18, were injured.
